A booking is confirmed only after we confirm availability and receive the payment or deposit described in your quotation. Tour details may depend on transport, entrance tickets and local operating conditions.
Prices and inclusions
Prices and included services are shown on each tour page and in the quotation. Services not listed as included are paid separately by the traveller.
Changes and cancellations
Cancellation and change conditions are stated in the booking policy of each tour. Contact us as soon as possible if you need to change your dates or traveller information.
Traveller responsibilities
Travellers are responsible for providing accurate information, arriving on time and following the instructions of the guide and local authorities.
